As for people like Dutch-Spitfire there are three criteria you should ask yourself while watching a file on newgrounds:
1. Effort- did it seem as though it was well thought out and completed
2. Presentation-do the colors or lack there of support the flash in a positive way
3. Effectiveness- does it get its point across or is it just random jibberish that was thrown together at the last minute?
