Okay. going to be a blunt.

not terrible.
the song was cool, which boosted your score.
the animation quality varied greatly
the whole thing should have matched the quality of the last 10 seconds or so
Guitar girl was vibrating, not dancing, not playing the guitar
tweening, everywhere, not saying don't tween, just make it less obvious by using more frames.
lip syncing was good, hand syncing was bad.
background lights, had definite shape, should have covered the whole screen /multiple layers of color.

Overall it was ok. Definitely an average flash, and should fit right in on newgrounds. however, if you want to improve, i suggest disabling your tween tool and draw frame by frame. Not only will you learn how to draw faster, you won't have to worry about "jellification" and you will actually be able to show things like spinning around while dancing.

I thought that it would end after they walked off so I came down here to review.

Anyway, this is what stick fights are supposed to be. Since authors don't need to focus on clothes or making sure every detail works/stays consistent on the characters, they should take the time to work on special effects and creating an appropriate atmosphere, as well as plot if needed. The bank robbery was an interesting twist, and while not exactly ground breaking, added that much more tension and suspense to an otherwise jaded genre. I could tell you put a lot of effort into this, despite your use of stick figures. Bravo.
